Telecommunications Education and Assistance in Multiple-languages (TEAM)

Do you need help understanding your phone bills or resolving a complaint with your phone company?

The TEAM program is sponsored and funded by the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC). Over thirty community based organizations (CBOs) throughout the state of California are part of the TEAM Collaborative and have been trained to provide free education and assistance with complaints to seniors and people who are non- or limited-English speakers. ACC Senior Services (ACC) has been a part of the TEAM Collaborative since 2009 and is the only agency that provides this service in the greater Sacramento area. For more details, view the TEAM flyer.

Community Help and Awareness of Natural Gas and Electricity Services (CHANGES)

Do you have trouble understanding your PG&E bill, difficulty paying your bills or need help talking to PG&E?

ACC is also a part of a program that offers free education and assistance with Pacific Gas & Electric (PG&E) bills to seniors and people who are non- or limited-English speakers. This program, called Community Help and Awareness of Natural Gas and Electricity Services (CHANGES), is also sponsored by the CPUC. For more details, view the CHANGES flyer.
