ACC Maple Tree Village offers Assisted Living and Memory Care services to older adults in the greater Sacramento, California region.

Featuring a state-of-the-art design and a focus on accessibility, Maple Tree Village minimizes safety barriers found in a traditional home, leaving residents with more time and energy for social engagement with friends & family.
Residents enjoy a sense of community and independence while receiving the additional level of help desired. Each resident’s personalized service plan is unique and custom-built to their individual needs. An a-la-carte care schedule allows residents to age-in-place with the care and support that matches their needs today and future goals.
Dedicated Memory Care Neighborhood
ACC Maple Tree Village offers a specialized neighborhood of 30 private apartments for individuals living with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia. Designed to promote comfort, dignity, and independence, each apartment includes a full private bathroom within a welcoming, supportive environment.
Residents enjoy thoughtfully designed indoor and outdoor spaces, including a beautifully landscaped courtyard with walking paths, raised flower and vegetable gardens, and a therapeutic water feature. Two inviting living rooms with large-screen televisions and a dedicated spa room add comfort, relaxation, and opportunities for connection.
Enhanced safety features, including delayed-egress exits and WanderGuard technology, provide additional protection while supporting residents’ freedom of movement within designated spaces.
