$100 per player, includes green fees, cart, breakfast, range balls, tournament golf shirt, and lunch at ACC afterward.
Make your check payable to ACC Senior Services and mail it to ACC Big Day of Golfing Tournament, c/o Stephen Kashiwada, 6719 Trudy Way, Sacramento, CA 95831. Payment deadline is Friday, March 31, 2023.
